2 Çorba Kaşığı Tereyağı
1.5 Çorba Kaşığı Un
1.5 Su Bardağı Süt
2 Çorba Kaşığı rendelenmiş Kaşar Peyniri
Tuz , Kekik






Yemeğin Tarifi  

Tencereye etleri alıp, etler bıraktığı suyu çekene dek kavurun. Ardından tereyağını, küçük kesilmiş soğanları ekleyin. 3 dakika daha kavurun. 1 çorba kaşığı sirkeyi ilave edin. Rendelenmiş domatesleri, kekiği, sıcak suyu ve en son tuzu ekleyerek, etler yumuşayana dek pişirin.

Patlıcanları ateşte közleyin. Kabuklarını soyduktan sonra limonlu suda 5 dakika bekletin. Suyunu iyice süzün. Keskin bir bıçak yardımıyle çok ince kıyın.

Tereyağını bir tavada eritin. 1. 5 çorba kaşığı unu ekleyin. Sararana dek kavurun. Sürekli karıştırarak soğuk sütü ilave edin. Karışım koyulaştığında ateşten alın. İnce kıyılmış patlıcanları, tuzu, rendelenmiş kaşar peynirini ekleyin. Hızla karıştırıp, servis tabağına alın. Üzerine eti koyarak, servis yapın.

You have probably googled your name or someone else's name on the internet. Sometimes you saw the right person but sometimes you couldn't.And this time I have googled my own name" Ayşe Güler". These are some of the  images from the search. Enjoy them.

 

 

This is  Ayşe Güler. She is a doctor in Cerrahpaşa Hospital.

 

 

A colleague of me with the same name. She is Ayşe Güler, an ELT(English Language teacher) in Capa Primary School, Istanbul.

 

 

... And here is another Dr. Ayse Güler. She is from Ankara, our capital city.

 

And This is(was) one of Ayşe Gülers. "Allah rahmet etsin."She lived in Kızılca,  a small town of Denizli.

Time Management In My Classes

Working together - One of the most dramatic savings of time is achieved when you work with other colleagues to prepare materials. By working together, you not only share the workload, you also share and exchange ideas and, you are able to see how other teachers work.  You may not feel comfortable working with other colleagues (or, they might not feel comfortable working with you.) This may be because you’re worried about showing your weaknesses or that you’ll be expected to do more than your fair share of the work. This can be overcome by offering to lend something you have found useful to a colleague and then, later, asking them for suggestions for a particular lesson you are going to teach. Sharing a job can save time, especially when two or more teachers realise that they are using almost the same material, even for a variety of purposes. Prioritising your work - A busy Young Learner teacher often has so many things to do that you don't know what to do first and sometimes it is almost impossible to avoid allowing urgent things to take priority over impo

If you try and get into a routine you will avoid some of the stress that builds up if you always deal with the 'here and now' matters at the expense of the important ones.

Is this happening to you and what can you do about it?  Priorities differ from teacher to teacher, school to school, so it is a good idea to establish what your priorities are and put aside enough time to do the important things.  Finding that time may mean reducing the amount of time you spend preparing beautiful teaching aids and realise that sometimes simpler efforts will do just as good a job. Something else you may do is to limit the time you spend preparing your lessons or, reorganise your marking time so that it is spread more evenly across the week.

Marking in class - Testing will be discussed in detail in YLC2, but it is possible to get the children marking their own class tests, or to swap their paper with other children in the class. If you think that the children are becoming too relaxed about this system of marking, you can say before the test that you intend to collect in four or five papers to look at yourself.  Helping children whilst they are doing written work in class also reduces the time you need to spend on marking. Another advantage of this is that their work will be less covered with your markings, which, in turn, makes the children feel less discouraged by their efforts. Do remember however that the younger the child, the less written work they should be doing, if any.
